Being a secluded and unique property situated on the hill, the house is not easily accessible. There is maximum private parking for two vehicles and 50+ outdoor stairs to access the house. Furniture and heavy equipment are not recommended.
Located at the lower part of the property The Painting Studio is a single-room stand-alone building with a bed, kitchenette, bathroom and expansive skylights. Rent the Painting Studio for use as a hair and makeup studio, wardrobe styling area or for overnight stays for an additional $450.
If you are not also renting the Painting Studio on the property there may be overnight guests occupying it during your day rental. Once you are up the stairs, La Sala is very private and only the gate entrance is shared with the Painting Studio.

An excellent location for meetings, with above average privacy and almost no sound travel this is a quiet and reflective place to do your best collaborative work. 1 Gig internet connection as well.
Because of the delicate surfaces and glass patio doors, we only allow minimal equipment and grip. Please send a list of your planned equipment. A refundable security deposit may be required and we ask you to pay careful attention when moving the equipment.

Aysia Stieb is the photographer and co-creator of La Sala di Studio. If you are booking with Aysia to shoot in our space, there is an additional 20% reduction of the day rental fee. You can see more of her work on aysiastieb.com
La Sala di Studio is rented by the day for up to 10 hours. Hourly rentals or overnight stays are not available. Times are 8-6 unless prior arrangements are made. Extra hours are available until 9pm.
A day rental of 10 hours is $2000. Each additional hour over 10 hours is $200 until 9pm. The Painting Studio is $450 per day.
Yes, insurance is required and not included in day rental fee.
Yes, we will send you a waiver stating release of liability to be signed before your rental day.
